Robert Brown Graphite Drawings on Paper of Male Athletes

A pair of graphite drawings on paper of a male athlete, signed ‘Robert A. Brown’. One work features a frontal full-body drawing of a nearly-nude male figure wearing athletic support. The other work features a full-body posterior view of a nearly nude male figure also wearing athletic support. This work is signed to the upper right with an additional inscription that reads ‘St. Paul’. Both works are presented under glass with off-white matting and housed in black composite frames. Labels from Vern Carver Gallery are adhered to the versos of each.

EBTH certifies this item is from the private collection of personal property formerly owned by Walter Lewis Bush, Jr.
