Item Details
A handwoven Persian Heriz Serapi soumak rug. This wool carpet is rendered in a palette of muted coral, mint, cream, golden yellow, sky blue, teal, and grey. It has a large central medallion with prominent rectilinear pendants and all over designs of bold, geometric flowers. It is framed with floral meander guard borders and a samovar pattern main border. Finished with double sewn edges and natural warp fringe to either end. Unmarked.
