A vintage hand-knotted Persian Qum area rug. This wool carpet is hand-knotted in a palette of cranberry, sky blue, muted peach, black, midnight blue, lime, cream, coral-pink, forest green, and pale gray. It has an organic circular shaped medallion on a field patterned with branches of lobbed flowers and curling leaves. it is framed with carnation meander guard borders and main borders of floral sprays . Finished with overcast edges and applied fringe to either end. Marked to verso.
