An East Asian watercolor painting on paper of wild geese. This painting depicts two geese posed next to one another, one of which stands looking onward while the other squats to pluck at its feathers. To the right margin is calligraphic text ‘秦雁’. The painting is presented under glass in a wooden frame wrapped in cloth with hanging wire to the verso.

- image paper is dirty & stained; cloth covered wood frame showing nicks and scratches around the frame.
