Antique L. & J.G. Stickley Oak China Cabinet

Item Details

An antique, circa 1910, Stickley Arts and Crafts oak china cabinet. The cabinet was constructed with wooden pins and tenon joints, and it features a rectangular overhung top with straight sides above a cabinet with a center divider and glass-front doors. The doors feature leaded glass panels above clear glass panels, with three oak shelves inside, and are fitted with locks and handsome hammered copper escutcheons with ring pulls, and a brass key. The sides are also fitted with glass, and the cabinet rests on simple bracket feet. The cabinet has a red and black decal label with an image of a furniture clamp and is marked ‘L. & J. G. Stickley – Handcraft’.
