George Clymer Document Signed Recognizing Taxes Paid on "Spirits"

A partly printed document signed by George Clymer as Supervisor of Revenue for the District of Pennsylvania. George Clymer (1739–1813) was a member of Continental Congress and signer of the Declaration of Independence. The document pertains to taxes being paid on one case of Geneva spirits. Philadelphia, nd. DS 1 page, oblong 8vo. The piece is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication.
