A hand-colored etching on fabric of the Saint-Étienne-du-Mont interior, by listed French artist Charles Maurice (1883-1908). This work features a truncated view of the east end of the cathedral, with hand-colored embellishments scattered throughout the etching. Two smaller images of the cathedral are present to the lower corners of the composition. The work is signed by hand in graphite to the lower center and numbered 155 out of an edition of 350 to the lower left. It is presented under glass with beige matting in a vintage carved wood frame.

Condition

- some toning throughout mat; scratches, stains, and finish loss scattered throughout frame.
