Vintage Royal Sphinx "Cambridge Old England" Plates
Item Details
A set of five vintage Royal Sphinx earthenware dessert plates. The Cambridge Old England plates feature blue transfer printed style designs with a castle on a riverfront to the center surrounded by panels of farmland, carriages, and rowboats alternating between floral and scroll designs to the verge. They were produced in Holland ca. 1960-70s and are marked ‘Royal Sphinx’ to the underside.
Condition
- one plate has three large crack to underside; discoloration to undersides.
