A vintage maple desk with Ethan Allen Hitchcock chair. The writing desk features a plank top over two aligned drawers with wood knobs supported on turned legs. The 1974 Ethan Allen Hitchcock chair features a gold tone and black nutmeg stencil on the carved crest rail, and gilt trim throughout. The chair includes back rails with turned spindles, carved supports, and a rolled apron front seat rising on turned legs and stretchers. The chair is marked to the back of the seat and on the underside. This item is located on the second floor of the house.
