Item Details
An Early Victorian walnut two piece secretary hutch with beaded detailing. The upper case features a flat top pediment over a glass front cabinet with two shelves, resting on a drop front panel with a key. The drop front lowers to become the writing surface, with storage features to the back, including a small center drawer over an open compartment, flanked by vertical slots to the left and cubby holes to the right. The lower case features side pull-outs to support the drop front panel, two stacked drawers with wood knobs, and a carved apron with bracket feet.
