Vintage Hand-Knotted Persian Wool Accent Rug
Item Details
A vintage hand-knotted Persian wool accent rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of ivory, coral, cranberry, charcoal, pale yellow, slate, peach, rose, and ice blue. The ivory colored field begins with a central rosette in a diamond that is symmetrically flanked by palmettes, and sprays, making up the rest of the field. Framing the field is a main carnation meander border, along with a pair of meandering ribbon guard borders. Finishing this rug are overcast selvedges and a wool warp fringe to the ends, as well as a label to the underside.
