A collection of antique bisque and composition dolls. This generous grouping includes a 1914 J.D.K. Kestner Hilda baby doll with a hand-painted bisque socket head, blonde hair piece, parted coral lips which reveal two teeth and a celluloid tongue, and a jointed composition body with bent arms. Also offered is an Effanbee doll comprised of composition, a 1900 Ernst Heubach doll with a bisque shoulder head and kid leather body, and a Heubach Koppelsdorf bisque socket head and composition doll, marked ‘320 2/0 Germany’ on the back of the head, among many others.

- many dolls missing eyes; cracking to composition throughout; minor loss of painted finish throughout; significant discoloration, tearing, and fading present to clothing; 1914 Kestner doll has taped face, loose joints, and detached arms; Effanbee doll has detached head; half doll lamp untested, missing plug.
