Item Details
An antique Victorian washstand with later floral painted finish. This piece has a rectangular top and a serpentine backboard. It features a single drawer and a lower cupboard with an interior shelf; the drawer is equipped with carved foliate pulls and one cupboard door has a knob pull. The piece has a serpentine apron and rests upon bracket feet. It is painted beige and red with floral and foliate motifs in shades of pink, red, and green. It is signed ‘René Humphrey 2006’ to the top.
