A carved wooden mask in the style of the Bamana people and culture of West Africa. Depicted is an anthropomorphic figure with an oval-shaped face, pointed ears and a pair of curved horns. The mask is accented with cowrie shells and features incised lines along the horns. This handcrafted item is unmarked.
