Rotogravure Prints After Caroline Williams of Historic Cincinnati Scenes

A set of fourteen prints of Cincinnati and southern Ohio Valley scenes after listed Cincinnati-based artist Caroline Williams (1945 – 1988), created circa 1957. Prints include seven copies of Government Square, three copies of County Fair, two copies of Statue of William Henry Harrison and two copies of Boone Number Seven. Most of the prints include a title and signature in plate to the lower margin; some of the items include supplemental sheets with print information, marked ‘Compliments of The Diem & Wing Paper Company, Cincinnati, Ohio, 1957’. They are presented unframed in a paper portfolio.
Condition
- to fair; discoloration and toning to paper; wear to edges and corners of unframed prints.
