A 20th century gouache painting of a farmstead. This work depicts a white home rendered in a rural composition with a yellow tone barn. The piece is rendered under a pale sky in blue and pink hues with sparse clouds. This painting is not signed by the artist. It is presented without glass in an ornate gold tone wood frame with ripple moulding. Hanging hardware is present to the verso.

Condition

- cracks to the finish on the frame; the upper right corner of the frame is misaligned; bowing to the panel; areas of discoloration, scuffing, and scratching to the painting.
