A collection of vintage costume dolls by Peggy Nisbet. This selection of seven costume dolls feature hard plastic bodies, hand-painted facial features, molded or wigged hair, and intricately crafted costumes. Included are depictions of comedic actors Stan Laurel (P756) and Oliver Hardy (P757) from ‘The Music Box’, a grey haired Martha Washington in a lavender brocade dress (P703), George Washington, Pope John Paul II (P821), The Queen’s Dragoon Guard Lieutenant Mark Phillips (P407), and H.R.H. Princess Anne Wedding Dress. Each doll presents with its original hang tag.
