Decorative Hand-painted Chinese Ceramic Dish

Item Details

A large decorative dark blue and white Chinese ceramic bowl. The hand-painted bowl features a pair of mythical ungulates among scrolling clouds to the center underneath scrolling foliate and floral patterns to the verge and cornered edge. Those designs continue to the exterior and there are no visible maker’s marks. The piece was likely produced in the second half of the 20th century.
