This painting depicts a gathering of people in flowing garments enjoying one another’s company over food and drinks while seated on a rocky mountain covered in foliage. It is surrounded by a loose, light gray pooling of pigment, creating a vignette effect. To the lower right corner is a painted signature. The painting is presented under glass beneath matting in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.
