A Yamaha GH1 5’ 3’ size baby grand piano, purchased new from Henderson music in May of 1999 for $23,000. Its serial number is B5865365.

This piano is owned by a professional musician who played for 24 years in the Middletown Symphony Orchestra and for 12 years in the Lebanon Symphony Orchestra. This piano has been tuned yearly to A440 orchestra tuning, and was last tuned in the spring of 2012 by Complete Piano Service of Middletown, Ohio.

The piano has a beautiful polished ebony polyester finish. Included with the piano is a tufted black leather adjustable artist bench.
