1700's Cumberland County Pennsylvania Autograph Letter Signed By George Ross

A 1700’s Cumberland County, Pennsylvania lawsuit filing autograph letter signed by George Ross and others. This filing brings suits against Hugh (Cruner?) for refusal to make payment, per an agreement signed in the same court in the year 1752, to Jacob Huber who is represented by attorney George Ross. George Ross was a signer of the Continental Association and Declaration of Independence as a representative of Pennsylvania. He was also the uncle of John Ross (husband of Betsy Ross). This document is presented behind a black mat, behind glass, in a black and gold frame wired for hanging. The piece is accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from James Spence Authentication.
