This Impressionistic piece depicts a meal time with family gathered around the table with a lit lantern as the source of light. The work is signed to the lower left as well as signed and titled to the verso. It is presented in a composite wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging. A handwritten note ’ When the power’s out. From whence comes Providence? My hope is in Yahwee.’ to the reverse.
