Item Details
A vintage Continental walnut armchair with needlepoint embroidered upholstery. It features a walnut frame with acanthus carved armrests, front legs, and front spreader, and a lathe-turned spreader base. The needlepoint features a scene of a medieval style couple to the back, and a wolf and dove to the seat, surrounded by multicolored foliate borders, with tassels hanging from the seat. Unmarked.
