Hand-painted Chinese Ceramic Covered Serving Bowl

Item Details

A Chinese ceramic covered serving bowl. The hand-painted bowl features red scrolling vines and dark blue clouds to the ridged sides under a repeating flower border and panels of flowers to the sides of the lid. There is no visible maker’s mark but it was likely produced in the second half of the 20th century.

Condition

- intentional distressing with discoloration and staining especially to the interior and underside.
