Japanese Satsuma Trinket Box and Chinese Floral Bowl
Item Details
A set of two pieces of decorative tableware. This includes a Japanese Satsuma trinket box depicting an elaborate outdoor scene on the lid while resting on gold toned feet. The piece is unmarked to the base. This is presented with a small Chinese floral themed box with a star shaped rim and a tapered body. The base bears an apocryphal Tongzhi reign mark, however, it was likely produced during the Republic period (1912-1949).
