A circa 1880s engraving on paper titled In the Springtime after listed French artist Auguste Toulmouche (1829 – 1890), printed by Goupil & Cie of Paris and published by D. Appleton & Co. of New York. The piece depicts a late 19th century female figure wearing a patterned dress and corsage, standing with a wistful expression against a dark curtain. The unsigned print is titled and attributed in plate to the outer margins. It is presented unframed.

- to fair; foxing and discoloration to edges of print; edge wear to paper; unframed.
