An original oil painting on board by listed Hungarian artist Deszo Czolder (1875 – 1933). The painting depicts a finely rendered European river scene. Several figures are boarding a riverboat docked at the shore and a city skyline is visible in the distance. The work is signed to the lower right and a label with handwriting in a foreign language is attached to the verso. It is presented in a gold-tone wood frame with cast embellishments and is ready to hang with a metal loop.

Condition

- light accretion to painting surface. Chips, cracks and accretion to frame.
