Chinese Hand Painted Covered Bowl

Item Details

A Chinese porcelain bowl. This item has been painted by hand with polychrome enamels, showing figures sitting in a garden. The lid has been embellished with black calligraphy and has a round finial with red character marks to the center. The underside is marked ‘Nanchang Zhonghua ci zhuang’ (南昌中華瓷莊) and was likely produced during the Republic period (1912-1949).
