An etching on paper titled Cambridge after well-listed French artist Henri Toussaint (1849 – 1911). This piece features a mature tree on the university campus, rendered in highly detailed black marks against the tone of the paper. The work is signed, titled and dated 1880 in plate to the lower edge. It is presented under layered mats and glass in a silver tone wood frame, wired to hang.

Condition

- discoloration to paper; glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wear to frame finish; minor damage to paper backing.
