Item Details

A vintage Japanese hand-painted porcelain vase. This vase features a rolled rim, flat shoulder, a pair of handles, and a cylindrical body that tapers to a circular base. The exterior is embellished with applied gilt beading and hand-painted floral and foliate motifs on a white ground. Stamped to the verso in black ink is ‘Made in Japan’.

Condition

- slight wear to the underside, slight loss of gilt work and painted finish throughout, dust residue present.
