This ring for the Order of the Eastern Star masonic order features a center white enamel pentagon with the letters ‘TALFA’ and five synthetic stones on the sides. The stones are in a triangular cut and includes a synthetic ruby, synthetic emerald and synthetic blue, yellow and white sapphires.
