Limited Edition Giclée Reproduction Print After Salvador Dalí "Dalí’s Inferno"

A contemporary limited edition giclée on paper titled Dalí’s Inferno: Tarot the Magician, created after a 1978 lithograph by iconic Spanish Surrealist Salvador Dalí (1904 – 1989). The image depicts a wide-eyed self-portrait of the artist standing in front of a burning Gothic arch. Eucharistic elements and one of Dalí’s famed melting clocks sit on a small altar to the foreground. The piece features Dalí’s facsimile signature printed in plate to the lower right; it is additionally numbered by an unknown hand in pencil to the lower left as 58 out of an edition of 500. The print is double-matted and presented under acrylic glazing in a wooden frame with bronze tone finish, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.

- chip to frame gesso at bottom left corner, scuffing, nicks and edge wear to frame; tears to frame’s backing paper.
