A gouache painting on paper of fruit. This painting depicts pears and cherries rendered in a painterly manner, outlined in thick brush strokes falling against a background of pastel tones. To the lower right corner is an illegible artist signature. The painting is presented under glass beneath matting in a stained wooden frame with hanging wire to the verso.

Condition

- glass could be cleaned more thoroughly; light wear to frame finishes; lower matting is crooked under top matting; small hair between mat and glass to the lower left.
