A platinum blue sapphire and diamond bow converter brooch. This brooch is in the shape of a tied bow. The center has a prong set blue sapphire and the edge of the ribbon is accented with more sapphires. The body of the ribbon features pavé set diamonds. The piece is convertible, to be worn as a pendant or a brooch. A choker length rolo chain link platinum necklace is included.
