A collection of Franklin Library edition books. This collection features The Rector of Justin by Louis Auchincloss (1977) and Slaughterhouse-Five, or The Children’s Crusade by Kurt Vonnegut (1978), both signed by the author. Also included are Admiral of the Ocean Sea by Samuel Eliot Morison (1978) and from the ‘100 Greatest Masterpieces of American Literature’ series, Typee by Herman Melville (1979) and The Age of Innocence by Edith Wharton (1977). The books were each published by the Franklin Library and are presented in full leather bound covers with gilt pattern work and gilt finished edges.
