A Howard Miller chiming traditional grandfather clock. The clock features an elegant and classic design with a golden oak finish on select hardwoods and veneers with an arched bonnet that features a book matched olive ash burl and decorative overlays. The clock has reeded side columns and glass side panels and a glass door on the top that displays a polished brass dial with applied brass Arabic numbers. The clock face also features an embossed brass center and minute dial with raised goldtone spandrels and a lighted, astrological moon phase clock with pierced star patterns. Other features of the clock include a lower door with book matched olive ash burl accents that displays a brass pendulum and cylinder style weights. The clock features a cable driven, Westminister chime, 8-day Kieninger movement with chimes on the quarter hours, full chime and strikes on the hour and an auto chime shut off option and the clock stands on a plinth style base with dentil molding.
