A Japanese woodblock print on paper titled Young Woman Blowing a Glass Pipe after Kitagawa Utamaro (喜多川 歌麿, circa 1753–1806). Utamaro is held as one of the greatest ukiyo-e artists of his time, known for his portraits of beautiful Japanese women. Depicted is a well-dressed woman playfully blowing on a glass pipe. An inscription is present to the upper right corner. To the verso, is information on Japanese woodblock printing. This work is presented behind acrylic glass in a black metal frame with hanging hardware.
