An oil painting on canvas titled Paris by Night by artist Robert Garlock. This piece depicts a sidewalk scene with figures gathered near the entrance of a warmly-lit cafe. The work is rendered primarily in a palette of dark hues and feature loose, painterly brushwork. It is signed ‘R. Garlock’ by hand to the lower left corner. The painting is housed in a gold tone wooden frame with cartouche molding and a metal hanging wire to the verso. To the verso is a pen notation specifying the title.
