Hand Crafted "Heart" and "Seed Packet" Quilts
Item Details
A pair of hand crafted quilts. This selection features a vintage hand sewn quilt centered with a medallion of appliquéd sunflowers surrounded by a border of ivy leaves. The white ground is embellished with blocks featuring printed depictions of various red and white seed packets. It is finished with a scrolling ivy and sunflower border, blue binding, and white backing. Also offered is a machine sewn quilt of red, white, and blue featuring floral print hearts, red sashing, and white cornerstones. Maker’s marks were not visible.
