A hand-tufted Chinese octagonal carved wool area rug. This rug is rendered in a palette of rose, sage, ivory, sky blue, and silver. The sculpted rose colored field begins with a central medallion with a large bloom framed in scrolled designs and leaves. Bordering the field is a similar pattern with added ribbon details, and it is finished with a long fringe to the edges, as well as a cotton backing. Unlabeled.
