A late 20th-century oil painting on paper. The Israeli landscape scene is rendered in hues of yellow, brown, gold tone and silver tone, and depicts a shade tree set against a backdrop of golden fields, a historic domed building and distant hills. The work features metallic paints and small cut lines throughout the paper composition to create a textured effect. The painting is inscribed by hand in Hebrew lettering to the lower right. It is matted in off-white and presented under glass in a wooden frame with gold tone finish, fitted with hanging wire to the verso.
