A personalized Gorham Madame Jumel sterling silver handled carving set and a Kent Silversmiths challah knife. Text on the blade of the challah knife reads L’vod Shabbat (Blessed Sabbath) in Hebrew. The stainless steel blade bears the Kent Silversmiths mark. The carving set features sterling silver handles with flared stems leading to canted corners and a flat terminal. The handles of the Gorham pieces feature a raised foliate swag with ribbon shaped accents. On each piece of the carving set is the initial ‘L’. Both items feature stainless steel blades and sterling silver handles with the Gorham makers marks.
