A collection of poetry works by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. This collection includes volume one of Poems (Ticknor and Fields, 1856) and a Household Edition of The Poetical Works of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow (Houghton, Mifflin and Co., 1885). The books are both presented in leather bound covers with raised bands and gilt lettering to the spine. Also included is a copy of Evangeline (Bobbs-Merrill Company, 1905), presented in a red cloth bound cover.

- leather covers show peeling and wear markings; cloth cover shows fading and heavily worn spots; The Poetical Works of Henry Wadsworth Longfellow has detached front cover and spine with worn binding; each shows page toning, edge wear, and fading.
