Hand-painted Chinese Porcelain Serving Bowl

Item Details

A Chinese porcelain covered serving bowl. The hand-painted bowl features a green dragon design flying among swirls of smoke and scrolling clouds on white ground with a wave and egg pattern to the footed base, two curved handles, and a meandering border to the lid. The undeside pears an apocryphal Kangxi reign mark, however, the piece was produced during the 20th century.
