1956 Rookwood "The First U.S. Postage Stamp" Letter Holder

Item Details

A 1956 Rookwood ceramic letter holder. This letter holder features two compartments and is embossed with a depiction of the first U.S. postage stamp on the front. The piece is finished with a glossy blue graze, and is marked to the underside with the company logo, the date, and the notation “Rookwood Cinti, O.’.

Condition

- slight wear to the verso, crazing throughout, light surface spotting.
