A 1995 oil painting on canvas by listed artist Marty Bell, titled Welford Cottage. This painting depicts a rustic cottage lightly illuminated by the overhanging sun, surrounded by an Impressionist style rendering of vibrant shrubbery, flowers and trees. To the lower right corner is a dated artist signature. The painting is presented under a linen and gold tone liner affixed with an inscribed placard, which is placed in a gold tone wooden frame with hanging wire and a handwritten title to the verso.
