An American Victorian, Aesthetic-Movement chest of drawers, having a pieced, leaf-carved gallery, above three narrow drawers with Japanesque brass pulls, having engraved fan back-plates. Below is a centered cabinet with incised, burl veneered panel, flanked by carved columnettes and open shelves with leaf-carved galleries, above four drawers with brass fan pulls, burled veneers and linear carving, between reeded stiles and block feet. Circa 1880.

Condition

one engraved brass fan back-plate is off, but remains with piece.
