A vintage George Washington wall clock by Sessions. This Federal style, wood-cased banjo clock features a gold-toned eagle finial, a round silver-toned clock face with brass-toned hour markers and framing, and scrolled brass-toned metal rails down its midsection. Its midsection has a portrait of George Washington, and its base has an illustration of the White House. A ripped and yellowing manufacturer’s label to its verso reads, ‘Washington Eight Day Striking the Hours on Two-Tone Chiming Half Hours in Harmony’.

- untested; no winding key; cracks in eagle finial; chips in finish over portrait of George Washington; surface wear and tarnish; ripped and yellowed manufacturer’s label to verso.
