A reproduction Savonarola chair with a carved crest. Modeled after a 15th century design, it is constructed of hardwood slats hinged to fold flat. The top rail features bas relief carvings and removes to allow for folding. This scissor-style chair features carved animal-head handholds and appears unmarked by the manufacturer.
