A piece of marquetry art designed by Jeff Nelson of Hudson River Inlay. This piece is constructed of precisely cut and inlaid wood veneers and depicts a heron perched on a rock and inspecting its reflection in the water below. It has an inscribed signature to the lower right corner and is presented in a wood frame with wire to the verso for hanging.

- some accretion, scuff marks, and scratches throughout the image area; nicks and scratches around the frame.
